Shoshana Gilmore

Founder and Chair of Trustees
Shoshana is one of the founders and a talented artist as well as someone who cares and supports in her work as well as her personal life.
Annick Devillard

Trustee
Annick Devillard has a background in marketing, business development and networking. She is proud to have been a Trustee of two charities and is now a Trustee of Help 4 The Homeless, a charity that supports people who sleep rough on the streets of London.
Marc Bennett FCA

Treasurer
Marc Bennett joined us in July 2023 and is a chartered accountant and a regular volunteer on our trips into London.
Ashley Feldman

Trustee
Ashley Feldman has been with us as a volunteer from the very beginning and in addition to running his own business is a regular volunteer and co-ordinator for our London trips.
Adam Convisser

Trustee
Adam is a corporate partner at Quastels LLP, a commercial law firm in the West End of London. Adam heads up the firm’s Social Impact Programme and Quastels are active supporters of the charity. Adam is also on the Board of Trustees for Harrow Law Centre, a non-profit organisation which provides a free and independent legal advice service to people who live or work in the London Borough of Harrow.”

Lloyd Gilmore

Founder & CEO
Lloyd volunteers enormously of his time as part time CEO and manages to hold down his own full time work too! He is there every Thursday evening with the rest of the Team, and Shoshana, and is our best business ambassador too.
Ron Overton

Development Director (Part-Time)
Ron has worked in charities at National, Regional and Local level and runs Implement UK, a Charity Development Consultancy, to help charities get to their next level. Ron steered us through to charitable status and works with the CEO and Board to grow the Charity, its services, funding and fundraising. He says “I am delighted to work with Help 4 The Homeless and am enjoying the role of Development Director in a charity which is so much needed and has such exciting potential”
Lorraine Feldman

Charity Manager (Part-Time)
Lorraine has an admin and management background working in both commercial and voluntary sectors. Her appointment in September 2023 is part of our development planning. She looks after our volunteers, our service rotas, supports our fundraising and more!
Our Volunteers

We have an amazing group of volunteers preparing food, sorting clothing donations, joining us in London (come rain or shine) and supporting our fundraising efforts. We couldn’t do it without you guys!
